This agency was founded in 2024 as a need to offer geopolitical and risk assessment analysis to everyone who wants to invest in the Balkans or every other company or government interested in the developments in the region. This is a volatile region that offer challenges about also opportunities. We are here to navigate you through them.

Our team is headed by Ledion Krisafi, Ph.D in International Relations and Political Science, a noted expert of international relations in the Balkans and the influence of outside actors, with more than 9 years of experience in analysing the region, working with civil society and governments in the region and providing valuable advice to stakeholders.

We cover all the Western Balkan countries (Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina) plus Bulgaria. We are also monitoring the influence of US, EU, Russia, China, Turkey, Gulf states, Iran and other actors in the region and how this can impact stability and the future.
